4-H Companion Animals Club

Do you have a pet and want to be a better caretaker?

Are you hoping to own a pet soon, and want to develop the skills necessary to be a great pet owner?

Then this club is for you! Join Volunteer 4-H Leader Ms. Chavon each month as we learn all the necessary skills for responsible pet ownership. Topics include:
-feeding, grooming, and training
-choosing the right animal for you and your family
-animal environment, sanitation, disaster plans, and vet care
-breeds and classifications
-record-keeping of vaccines, medications, and surgeries
-field trips to animal hospitals, humane societies, and shelters.
