Arkansas 4-H has developed a pattern of yoga poses to go along with the 4-H Ritual, Motto, and Pledge. Watch this video, and get some practice doing the sequence. Then film yourself doing it in a professional and composed way once you’ve memorized the words and moves. The most professional presentation is the winner!
