Mindfullness Retrain Your Mind Poster

Did you know that practicing mindfulness can reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and improve focus? Mindfulness is being conscious or aware of something. Today, we will focus specifically on being mindful of our thoughts. With much uncertainty around us at this time, this is an excellent daily habit we can practice to re-center and calm our minds. 

For this activity, use this video to practice mindfulness once each day. Set a goal for yourself to practice this activity once a day for 3 days! If you have another mindfulness video you like, feel free to use that one or search for another one as well.
